Engineering Workflow Validation Pilot

Validate the workflow on a completed project before you put it into production.

Input

One completed project, or a representative set from one, for which there are:

  • the original technical inputs
  • the real results produced by your team
  • the agreed fields and outputs
  • your right to share this data with us

Before we start

Together we freeze:

  • the scope
  • the required output
  • the ground truth
  • the acceptance criteria
  • the data path
  • the items that always require a human decision

Execution

The system processes historical inputs, so an incorrect result cannot affect a live order.

What you receive

  • real structured data
  • the export
  • a list of discrepancies
  • a list of items routed to a person
  • the measurement method
  • a proposal for the production workflow

Acceptance

Acceptance is tied to technical criteria, not to whether the demo looks good:

  • required fields captured
  • required source links available
  • uncertainty handled according to the agreed rule
  • export schema valid
  • agreed data-handling conditions met

What the pilot does not do

In the first phase, the pilot does not send a quotation to your customer, write unverified data into a critical production system or take any other irreversible step.

Fixed scope. Fixed price.

We review a representative sample first and define the pilot scope, acceptance criteria and price before work starts.
